These are things that happened while building Acorn. Dated. Our own record. Not client work.

• The tests passed. The real program never called them.20 September 2026. All 112 passed, and the fault was back the same morning.
• A working folder is not a sandbox.Our own record, still being checked. 18 September 2026. A checker’s scratch script failed to change directory and committed tens of thousands of files into the live code.
• We built remote execution and left it switched off.Our own record, still being checked. 22 September 2026. The command refuses to run. It held when another model tried to break it.
• We built too much.18 to 22 September 2026. Supervised machinery was parked because it cost time and earned nothing. The old public menu was retired when the job got specific.
