I design and coordinate AI-assisted systems around real operational problems, with particular attention to workflow design, human approval, evidence and reliable operation.
How I work
I define the problem, assign specialist AI workers, set boundaries, inspect results and use tests and operating evidence to decide what is ready. My work includes system design, implementation direction, verification and iteration. I use AI coding tools extensively and distinguish my contribution from the work those tools perform.

Holdfast
- Problem
- Each AI chat starts without the notes and rules from the others. Someone has to carry that context by hand.
- My role
- I directed the design and implementation of Holdfast, a shared record those tools can be pointed at. AI coding tools wrote much of the software. I set the boundaries and checked the result.
- Demonstrated result
- The public page describes a shared record for Grok, ChatGPT and Claude, with a setup guide. It reminds a connected tool. It does not force one.
- Status / verified as of
- 28 September 2026. A 23 September record says two trial instances were set up. This page has not rechecked that both are still in active use, and it does not name them. Paying customers: none.

- Storing shared context does not guarantee a model will retrieve it, follow it or behave consistently.
Security check, separate from n8n
- Problem
- A small business can leave old staff access, AI data exposure, or an automation permission in place without a person checking it.
- My role
- I published a security-check page and a start form. I did not find an n8n workflow I built in this site.
- Demonstrated result
- The security-check page and its start form are public. The n8n mentions on this site are a planned case-study line, a “learning n8n” note, and a hypothetical failure story. Those are not one pipeline, and they are not a workflow I am showing as built.
